Internal Investigations

Bühler Law conducts internal investigations on behalf of companies and regulatory authorities in relation to complex factual circumstances, particularly where allegations are made against members of the board of directors or executive management, or where a discreet approach is required due to public or media attention.

Internal investigations frequently involve alleged compliance breaches by directors and officers, including fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest and workplace misconduct. We also conduct independent investigations in connection with whistleblowing reports.
